Testwood Baptist Football Club was formed in November 1989. After a whole season of friendlies the club was officially registered in the Southampton Church Football League, in July 1990.

In our debut season we managed to finish a gallant 10th (out of 11!!) and ended up winning the cup and sub-cup in a charity organized 5-a-side competition.

Steady progress was made until season 1993-1994 when the league was split into two divisions. Testwood finished third in Division 1 and finished runners up in the cup competition.

Season 1994-1995 saw an unbeaten run (which lasted over a year) and saw the double completed when both the league and cup titles were secured.

Since then a topsy-turvy ride has ensued seeing alternating relegation and promotion since 1997 (including the Division 2 titles in season 2000-2001and season 2003-2004).

In season 2005-2006 Testwood fielded 2 teams in the Solent Churches League. This year Testwood A won the Plate Competion.
