We're really looking forward to getting together for Church Camp from the 27th - 29th June 2025!

There are intentionally only a few organised events over the weekend to allow time to relax, get to know each other and give space for spontaneous activities. The programme is very relaxed and feel free to choose whether you would like to join in.

There are limited spaces, so make sure to book yourselves a space as soon as possible. Accommodation ticket sales closes the Wednesday before the weekend.

Please note, you only need to pay for the extra Thursday ticket if you are planning on staying on site Thursday night. Campers are welcome to set up on the Thursday for free and return on Friday to stay.

It's all about spending time together

Church Camp is the perfect opportunity to get to know others you don't already know and to build on the relationships we already have. Feel free to join in on the game being played, and to get lost in conversation.

It's all about everyone playing a part

Church Camp doesn't just happen. There are a lot of behind the scenes tasks and jobs that need doing throughout the weekend. So, let’s all do our part in helping clean the toilets, collect dirty mugs and put out the chairs when they are needed. Let’s all make sure to help at the end too to leave the site even cleaner than we found it.

It's all about caring for one another

At Church Camp there is a lot of free time and a lot of freedom, however, there are a number of simple rules for us all to pay attention to for the safety and enjoyment of the whole camp:

  • Label your food if it is placed in the fridge, freezer or food storage room.

  • You are responsible for your children. There are hazardous areas on site such as waste water ponds and site drainage ditches.

  • Be discreet if bringing alcohol on site.

  • Cars must be parked in the car parks after being used to drop off luggage.

  • Smoking and vaping are restricted to the designated smoking area – please ask for more information. There must be strictly no smoking or vaping on the main camping field, forest areas or in any of the buildings or accommodation.

  • Please do not bring nuts onto the campsite.

  • For their safety, please do not allow children under the age of 16 in the shared kitchen.

At the entrance, continue straight on through the gate (do NOT turn right, as this is a private residence). Continue along the track for about 1km to reach the campsite.

On arrival, please check in with Maria, who will confirm the individuals in your group and indicate the location of your booked accommodation or grass pitch.
